POLICIES

Deposit: A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking.

Payment: Payment for all accommodation must be made in full on the day of arrival (if not already done so). Overdue/recovery charges may be made if your account is not paid on time. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Direct Credit.

Cancellation fees: If cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrivalw 10%. If cancelled 2 – 30 days prior to arrival 30%. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in the total amount for the booked accommodation being charged.

Check-in is available from 2.30pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10.30am on the day of departure. Early check-in and/or late check-out by arrangement only.
